Discover Utah
Utah's high mountains offer a different perspective from its celebrated desert canyons. Kings Peak and the selected Bald Mountain belong to the Uintas, while Mount Timpanogos represents the Wasatch Range farther west. The enquiry combines two mountain systems with distinct positions around the northeastern part of the state.
Kings Peak occupies the deeper Uinta high country, and Bald Mountain adds the different Uinta setting around the Mirror Lake area. Timpanogos adds the Wasatch skyline above Utah Valley. The grouping is therefore a regional journey across separate alpine landscapes, with the broad Uinta uplands contrasting with the more abrupt Wasatch skyline above the settled valleys to the west.
